Carl Brewer, Candidate for School Board Chair

Brewer is proudly endorsed by extremist Moms 4 Liberty, the book-banning, Proud Boy adjacent extremist organization. He also erroneously believes that Critical Race Theory is being taught in K-12 schools. (It isn’t.)

He is associated with the Florida Freedom Keepers, a “Medical Freedom” association dedicated to harming public health by opposing COVID safety protocols. Brewer is also linked up with the Florida Patriots with Purpose., and “organization in the Central Florida area, our vision is to conduct Patriot-driven monthly meetings, and to sponsor events and workshops to equip this generation and the next to stand for Biblical values and America First policies in government at the local, state, and national level.”

America First is the phraseology preferred by far right, and has a long history of association with extremism and white nationalism within the United States.
